Welcome to Group Senzala Capoeira in Essex. Group Senzala UK was established in 1989 under the guidance of Mestre Gato, Grupo Senzala - Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
Capoeira is a dynamic and beautiful art which incorporates music, dance, fight and acrobatics. We hope that one day you will join the ever growing capoeira community to celebrate this truly original art.
